The author, editor and moderator is Y.S.Foo, who obtained Bachelor of Engineering (Agricultural) and Master of Science degree in the field of System Engineering from University of Putra, Malaysia. He has been involved in web developing and publishing since year 1999. He is also regularly writing for other diet sites, such as zone diet, low carb diet.

This website is written with the purpose of providing information and guides for Celiac disease patient regarding gluten free food. It is written in plain English so that viewers can easily understand what a gluten free diet is. We continuously strive to increase public awareness about Celiac disease among the public and healthcare professionals.
